How I work with you.

I like to keep things clean and simple in my approach so here it is in 4 easy steps:

Identify the problem

I always start by getting to know your organisation and its challenges. Often, the issue is not as what seems! To do this I like to meet where possible in person.

Once I have a clear understanding of your need, I will provide a recommended approach which I will talk you through.

Agree the approach

When the approach, timescales, and estimate meet your approval, I will develop a detailed plan with key milestones for a project, or a schedule for mentoring, and we will agree on a start date.

Once that's settled, it's time for me to roll up my sleeves and start making a difference.

 

 

Communication

Maintaining communication is crucial, so I make a point to schedule regular calls to ensure the work remains on track.

The frequency and duration of these calls will vary based on the project and the nature of the work, but despite loving to chat I prefer to keep them concise and on-topic!

Review and next steps

Upon completion, I find it is always beneficial to review the process.

I also like to follow-up with a call around one month after completing any work to assess the impact and check if there are any further ways I can support you and your business. 

For more complex work a support call may be more helpful each month.
